Awarded a UPH Platinum Scholarship, Fendy Susanto earned his B.Sc in Food Technology in 2008 from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). He then worked for the university as an Assistant Lecturer for 1 year before joining the Nutrifood Research Centre of PT Nutrifood Indonesia from 2009 to 2011.
Fendy continued his study for an M.Sc. in Health and Food Innovation Management at the University of Maastrich (Maastricht Universiteit), the Netherlands. He was also an awardee of the XL High Potential UM Scholarship. He spent 6 months working as an intern at Nestle Product Technology Centre in Orbe, Switzerland, before his final graduation in September 2013.
Currently, Fendy works as Global Regulatory Affairs Support at the headquarter office of Nestle Health Science in Vevey, Switzerland. He's set to work at the company for a year and he plans to return to Indonesia after.
Fendy is very passionate about anything related to education. He believes it is one of the most basic pillars necessary in bringing positive changes to the lives of people in every country around the world, including Indonesia.
