Obat

Batara Indra Soepraba or affectionately known as "Obat" by his friends and family is an American-born Indonesian who received his Bachelor's in International Development from the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to that, Obat had forgone his acceptance to several engineering programs to pursue his dream to be a Certified Automotive Technician for Honda. Originally from Los Angeles, Obat moved to Jakarta to gain experience needed to apply to a graduate studies program while also using the opportunity to discover his roots after being inspired by Anies Baswedan's speech during the First Indonesian Diaspora Conference. Ultimately, Obat is looking to contribute in any way he can to help build his parents' homeland. When not working, you can find Obat in the gym playing basketball or cooking in the kitchen.
